My Business Property Saviours is a team of people dedicated to providing the best possible property solutions to those who need help. We are in the business of advice, recommendation, property rental and empowerment. Our clients are people who find themselves in a position of financial stress, people whose income is low and whose capital is tied up in their property, or people who need to sell their houses quickly. The name of our company, Property Saviours, signifies what makes us different from our competitors. We focus on helping our clients first and foremost. The success of our business stands upon the strong foundations of the close relationships we create with our clients. We will strive to create and maintain world-class standards of excellence throughout each and every department of our organisation.

Philosophy I give myself and everything I commit to 100% until I succeed. I am truly responsible for my actions and outcomes and own everything that takes place in my work and my life. I am accountable for my results and I know that for things to change, first I must change. I always speak the truth. What I promise is what I deliver. I only ever make agreements with myself and others that I am willing and intend to keep. I communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and I clear up all broken agreements immediately. Good enough isn't. I always deliver products and services of exceptional quality that add value to all involved for the long term. I look for ways to do more with less and stay on a path of constant and never ending improvement and innovation. I speak with good purpose using empowering and positive conversation. I never use or listen to sarcasm or gossip. I acknowledge what is being said as true for the speaker at that moment and I take responsibility for responses to my communication. I greet and farewell people using their name. I always apologize for any upsets first and then look for a solution. I only ever discuss concerns in private with the person involved. I totally focus my thoughts, energy and attention on the successful outcome of whatever I am doing. I am willing to win and allow others to win: Win/Win. At all times, I display my inner pride, prosperity, competence and personal confidence. I am a successful person. I learn from my mistakes. I consistently learn, grow and master so that I can help my fellow team members and clients learn, grow and master too. I am an educator and allow my clients to make their own intelligent decisions about their future remembering that it is their future. I impart practical and useable knowledge rather than just theory.

And I also wish to say... Considering this community, I still have a lot of people to meet and to share a moment in time with. The team at Themezoom have provided my business with an incredible toolset and education. From experience in our Franchise these communities often tend to draw likeminded people. A New beggining - A New Earth

Hi All,

My Name is Matt Da Cruz, I am a business owner, Franchisor and dedicated family man. I have been dabbling in the internet for about 10 years and have tried on all the hats with success.

My journey with the Themezoom philosophy started about 11 months ago. This is when I realised I found a team of professional SEO masters who I could be mentored under. No more nonsense

I have been doing my best to absorb all the material Russell has presented the community with and was blown away with the MCM package from Art Crowley. Very powerful if applied - ß hint

When we decided to Franchise our business 6 months ago, we used an Action Coach to train us weekly to be the best we possible could be. We used the MCM module and Themezoom TZ 3.0 to get to understand the market as well as to better understand our client's needs. We are constantly referring to the module toolset as it is extremely effective. We took the advice to get our back end processes in place first before trying to conquer the world.

The toolset as you already probably know is incredible, but if you have not made the point to work through all the material, education provided by Russell and the other mentors, you're really doing yourself an injustice.

What have I been doing lately? I have been reading a book called "A new Earth".

This is proving to be a very provocative read and is challenging me to the core. It is taking me on a new journey of rediscovering myself and better understanding why we are here. I would recommend it as a must read.

I guess by working on ourselves we can better serve those around us. Everyone have a great day
